Is this a free trial?
No. Setup and initial integration are free, and there is no recurring subscription fee. Commission is charged on sales from the start, with a starting rate of 2%.
How does the commission rate change?
Commission is 2% up to 100 daily orders, then decreases smoothly in a straight line to 0.5% at 3,000 orders per day. It stays at 0.5% above 3,000. The calculator applies that rate to all entered revenue. We confirm how daily order volume is measured and when eligibility takes effect before onboarding.
When does 24/7 support start?
24/7 on-call support starts at 250 orders per day. At 1,000 orders per day, free feature-development consultancy is included. We help explore requirements, scope ideas and plan the next steps.
Does free consultancy include building new features?
Consultancy covers exploring, scoping and planning extra features. Any development work is scoped and agreed separately.
