BasketBuilder separates shopper and staff access and authorizes staff actions on the server. Roles and permissions help limit access for administrators, store managers, pickers and drivers.
Integration credentials
The commerce platform encrypts provider secrets using its configured encryption key. Routine configuration APIs expose masked hints rather than plaintext credentials. Key management and the hosting environment are part of your deployment responsibilities.
Hosting and operational controls
Deploy on your own infrastructure or a supported cloud provider. Agree backup, recovery, monitoring, updates and operational responsibilities for the environment you choose.
Privacy and assurance
The platform supports GDPR-related workflows. Request the data-processing, retention and security information relevant to your setup. This page does not claim a security certification or independent audit.
